His experience in leading the management of market rate multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, commercial and retail properties is un matched. Michael has been a pivotal force in leading teams through critical phases such as repositions, lease-ups, acquisitions, dispositions, and the renovation/value-add process. Prior to joining the River View team, he contributed significantly in senior level roles to national companies, including Bridge Property Management, Colonial Properties Trust, JMG Realty, and Riverstone Residential. Michael is a graduate of the University of South Florida, and he holds notable accreditations such as Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), further underscoring his commitment to excellence in the field.
Jacqueline DuBose is a Vice President with over 25 years of experience in property management, specializing in residential market-rate and affordable housing, lease-ups, commercial, retail, medical, and mixed-use properties.
