Michael has been a pivotal force in leading  teams through critical phases such as repositions, lease-ups,  acquisitions, dispositions, and the renovation/value-add process. Prior  to joining the River View team, he contributed significantly in senior  level roles to national companies, including Bridge Property  Management, Colonial Properties Trust, JMG Realty, and Riverstone  Residential. Michael is a graduate of the University of South Florida,  and he holds notable accreditations such as Certified Apartment  Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS),  and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), further underscoring his  commitment to excellence in the field  

 With an impressive track record spanning over 25 years Cris is a distinguished  professional offering a wealth of experience in various facets of the construction  industry. His expertise encompasses estimating/pre-construction, project  management, site supervision, procurement of new work, and operations  leadership. Cris has successfully overseen a diverse range of projects, from highrise structures to garden-style developments, podiums, wraps, and innovative  hybrids like the Hambro system. His project management portfolio extends to  multi-family residential apartments, condominiums, retail spaces, mixed-use  developments, senior living communities, affordable housing, and commercial  office projects. As a leader, Cris assumes responsibilities that go beyond the  construction site, providing oversight for all corporate functions, wielding  contract authority, and ensuring overall project performance on new  construction, renovations, and special projects. His commitment to excellence  and results-driven approach positions him as a strategic partner for your  construction endeavors. Before entering the construction industry, Cris served  with honor in the U.S. Air Force as a Presidential Honor Guardsman and is a  Desert Storm Veteran. Her extensive expertise spans the management of student, military, multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and single-family properties.

Amanda has demonstrated exceptional leadership in steering teams through pivotal stages such as repositions, lease-ups, acquisitions, dispositions, and the renovation/value-add process. In addition to her property management roles, Amanda served as the Vice President of Business Development at College & Military Marketing Group, a marketing agency that specialized in campaigns for student and military housing. Her strategic vision and marketing acumen significantly contributed to the agency's success in these specialized sectors.

Before joining the River View team, Amanda held senior-level roles at notable companies including Greystar Management, CMK Properties, McKinney Properties, and McCaffery Interests. She is a graduate of California University of Pennsylvania and holds prestigious accreditations such as Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), and a Pennsylvania Real Estate License.
